- Chat with a GCash representative through the GCash app:
- Open the GCash app and tap on “Help Center.”

Provide the following information:
- Your GCash account number (if available)
- Your full name
- Your registered mobile number (the one that has been lost)
- A valid ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license)
Request to Delete Your Account:
- Inform the customer service representative that you have lost your SIM and want to delete your GCash account.
- Provide the necessary information and documentation.
- The representative will verify your identity and process your request.
Additional Notes:
- Deleting your account will permanently remove all your funds, transactions, and personal data.
- If you want to recover your SIM, you can contact your mobile service provider to request a replacement.
- You can only delete your account through GCash Customer Service. Do not attempt to do it through any third-party channels.
